My journey into sound design began in 1980, when I was performing as both a guitarist and keyboard player. Those were the pioneering days of analog synthesis and digital sampling, and I quickly became fascinated with creating sounds rather than simply playing them.

My first instruments were the Ensoniq Mirage and the Korg DW-8000, where I learned the art of sampling and sound programming. As technology evolved, so did my passion. I began collecting and mastering nearly every major analog synthesizer and sampling keyboard available, eventually owning more than 250 instruments throughout my career.

What started as a passion soon became a profession. I specialized in programming original sounds for both analog synthesizers and digital sampling keyboards, creating custom libraries that were used by professional musicians, recording artists, and keyboard players around the world.
